Client acknowledges that any information, reports, staffing specifications, or pricing provided by Fine Edge Consulting, Ltd. in the course of performance shall be deemed confidential. Client agrees to hold such information in strict confidence and not disclose such information to third parties for any purpose other than the provision of services as contemplated. Both Parties will be responsible to acquaint their employees with their obligation to keep such information confidential. |
